Here's something unexpected but interesting none the less. EA has created a Google Earth KML file with a Tiberium Wars theme. And once you get Google SketchUp and a Tiberium Earth toolkit you can create your own buildings and submit them EA to be considered for inclusion in the Tiberium Earth KML.
