I figured I'd post a couple music clips to try to give people a feel of what kind of music I'm trying to put into this game. I'm going to have slow music, fast music, quiet music, loud music, happy music, sad music, etc.

Note: In game, all the following music will repeat unless otherwise mentioned.

This music will be played whenever you get into a fight with an animal. It intentionally sounds somewhat silly, because fighting animals is a pretty ridiculous concept.

This is the music that plays in a small, somewhat desert country town. It's one of the only cities not affected by Tiberium, so it's relatively upbeat.

This will be played in the wasteland.

This is another basic city song for a mountain town. It's based on something I heard a long time, many years ago, but I don't know the origins.

Lastly, this is one of the fight songs, based on the song "Radio" by Frank Klepacki.

Taking advantage of the SoundCloud embed code I see

I like the Wasteland track, very atmospheric. But perhaps fade out the Geiger counter sound effect just a bit.

I made a soundcloud account just to try it out on here. :P

Too loud on the clicking, eh? I guess I can turn that down a little. I guess it is overbearing. I wish there was a sound that better represented crystals being crystals, but oh well.

Nice music, Zee. Did you compose all of those or all of them are cover music?

Made everything myself using Magix Music Maker and a keyboard. I'm not sure what exactly you mean by cover music. I have made a few songs that are based on songs by Frank Klepacki (like the last one on the first post), but they aren't exactly "covers" of the song.

Just to confirm you don't need a Soundcloud account to embed/share them on our forum here ;)

Not so much as loud, just repetitive. So I would suggest fading the sound in and out so feels more random.

The last track, I just smiled through the whole thing -> great work with the radio cover, my favorite out of the ones included! Looking forward to future updates!

Eventually, when I release the game, I'll also release all of the music as a side download in MP3 format so people can listen to it without having to play the game.

Actually, this is quite good stuff! You totally got me with the Small City theme, in some parts it reminds me of Allister Brimble's work. Keep it up!

Because I'm afraid nobody will hear these otherwise, I'm releasing the rest of the C&C-related music I have created for this game.

The game is no longer in development, but that doesn't mean I can't release some of the content that would have gone into it.

Consider this my "going away" present:

Here's two of my favorite songs:

And here's two packs of the different music. Pack 2 contains all C&C Themed music I've created:

Keep in mind, these songs were meant for looping, so they might end (and start) abruptly.
