dualcoonan 0 Posted June 29, 2014 I am having a login problem and could not find a way to contact support here. I can log in from the computer I activated the account on but not any others. Does anyone know why and how to fix it? Thanks in advance. Share this post Link to post

Sonic 292 Posted June 29, 2014 Good to see you solved the problem. I don't understand how a malware problem on your computer can prevent you from logging in though. Share this post Link to post
dualcoonan 0 Posted June 29, 2014 The malware program was redirecting the url when I hit the longin button. Such that it would not appear or if it did the login info was redirected to somewhere else. So cncnz never got the login info hence no login. Share this post Link to post
Guest Rabbit Posted June 29, 2014 So the malware was on every other computer except the one you registered on? Or it just didn't work on one other computer you tested? Share this post Link to post
dualcoonan 0 Posted June 29, 2014 (edited) I was only using two computers the one I activated my account on and a second one that has TFD on The computer that has TFD did not allow me to access my email to activate the account. so I had to activate my account on the first computer. Also just for completeness the first computer is a xp pro machine and the one with TFD is a windows 7 pro machine. I think what happen was in the process of first installing TFD one of the patches I had included some malware that was hiding inside. In the process I uninstalled TFD and all patches. Then did a full reinstall using patches I got off this website. But the damage had been done and the malware was there. it took me a couple of tries to figure out what was happening. Once I found the Malware (there where 4 of them) I clean them off my computer and things started to work right. there is no more malware on the TFD machine now so everything is working as it is suppose to. Hope that helps Edited June 29, 2014 by dualcoonan Share this post Link to post
