    Steam why do you download so slow when I select NZ based servers? And then go so stupidly fast when I pick Australian ones?

      Maybe because IPB3 sometimes placed the Personal Photo instead of the Avatar?

      In IPB2 we had both avatars and personal photos. In IBP3 we have just one avatar (photo).During the upgrade I had the choice of converting either, I picked the avatars, but not all survived.
