Searched for more obvious examples, but these appear to be the only ones I can find on a quick scoop. Curiously, both on the same, very popular game (both files can be found here, if anyone is interested).

GameFront's domain now links to The Escapist Magazine, also owned by Defy Media.

 

http://gamefront.online is most likely a fake. It sure looks like GameFront, but I just downloaded CoD 4 patches - 1.6 is erroneous and 1.7 is a 98 KB bogus with the GameFront logo in its setup. AVOID!

Can you post links to files which are supposed to be broken?
