    CoD Black Ops

    Maybe Call of Duty 7 would have been the final COD game of the series if Infinity Ward goes out and Treyarch fails to exceed expecations. Actually Sonic, it's Medal of Honor. EALA was good at making that FPS game back then.

    A DLC Future for Command & Conquer?

    I am afraid RA3 Uprising will remain as non-free DLC (aka digital download) until it hits retail in the C&C The Second Decade which is 5 years from now. Patches btw aren't actual DLC. Patches are patches. Full larger-sized add-ons are add-ons. But mission maps, small add-ons, small modifications or sdk/map materials officially released by the gaming company can be officially considered as free DLC. So far there's an increase of non-free DLCs for some recent games. Valve has the best free DLCs so far.
  5. Actually it was I who asked Apoc for an update on this before he finally answered. What Apoc has yet to answer to my question weeks ago is about an extended Hell March song by CB Shaw, who was involved in composing the RA3 Remix. Perhaps that unreleased HM music shall never be released.

After finding out that C&C4 got a 65% average rating from Metacritic (through over 60 reviews) and 64% average for RA3 Uprising from the same website, I obviously feel compelled to make a poll on this. Still my favorite game is a CNC expansion pack, which is RA1 Aftermath. The worst rated CNC expansion pack now is definitely going to be RA3 Uprising, However Bibber has released most of that Uprising content free (including source codes) to the public as a mod for RA3 (known as RA3 Upheaval) excluding the SP campaigns and Commander's Challenge, so that for the people who owns or not owns RA3 Uprising can play those Uprising content in the RA3 Upheaval mod. My final verdict: RA3 Uprising is definitely worse than C&C4 imo. Sole Survivor remains the worst CNC game ever, unless C&C4 average ratings are under 60%.

    Command & Conquer IV: Tiberian Eclipse

    A C&C4 remake on a C&C3 mod may be difficult as a C&C4 Mod SDK might not be possible in the long run and putting some C&C4 assets into C&C3 will be difficult due to different format changes. I don't see where this mod is going and I thought they are going to include SP campaign missions in the mod. I can tell that his mod probably isn't going to work to fix the issues that C&C4 lacks.

    CNC Tube - C&C Videos YouTube Style

    I was hoping if CNC Tube will have all C&CTV videos in there including all 14 Command School episodes, 28 episodes of BCPT and possibly the RA3 Premiere Edition BCPT & CS. Even all C&C FMVS from previous games should be in there too.

    Unofficial RA3 Patch 1.5 Released

    Despite my last update on this mod, there's nothing much left for me to do to re-modify to this mod. I might do the nerf of Yuriko's anti-air ability in another mod I am working on. For this mod, it's fine as it is. Tanya doesn't have a replacement ability I could think of.

Since RA3 Patch 1.13 will now remain to some folks in the CNC community to develop their own way of regular balance changes within RA3 without extra content, I decided that this patch mod shall be renamed to RA3 Patch 1.5 due to the Uprising content included. The reason why I made this change is because calling RA3 Alternative as a mod isn't a good name to fit and most people don't want Uprising content in RA3 Patch 1.13 after all. This balanced mod for RA3 plays the alternative way (the way it is meant to be played) with modified balance changes and some Uprising content. This is the mod that could change online play. Some of the units not fitting in this mod due to imbalancing are the Giga-Fortress, Harbinger Gunship, Ursa Major, Greater King Oni and the Shogun Executioner. After 3 revisions this is the last balanced mod version for this patch mod. I decide to hit something more bigger and deeper in the RA3 modding area now that I can work on finishing my RA3 Reloaded mod. Expect a Moddb page sometime soon for the news and its release. Vision radius increased to 300 from 200. - Tanya's "Time Belt" Cool-down decreased to 20 sec. from 30 sec. - Riptide cost increased to 800 from 750. - Mirage Tank build time reduced to 12 seconds from 15 seconds. - Cryocopter now has 15% less health. - MCV now has 15% less speed and 40% less health. - Pacifier FAV and Cyro Legionnaire require Max Clearance and Defense Bureau to be built. - Future Tank X-1 health decreased from 3000 to 2500. Speed increased to 50 from 45. Requires Max Clearance and Defense Bureau to be built. - Defense Bureau requires War Factory and Airfield in order to be built. - Airfield costs 1200 in 15 seconds. Requires Refinery to be built. Vindicators will now be built as Tier 2 and they require the upgrade of Heightened Clearance. - Multigunner Turret requires Barracks to be built. Build time is 15 seconds. - Spectrum Tower requires Defense Bureau to be built. Build time decreases to 20 seconds from 30 seconds. Soviets Balance Changes: - Conscript build time increased to 5 from 4. Increased run speed to 55 from 50. - War Bear build time increased to 4 from 2. - Flak trooper cost decreases to 350 from 400. - Engineer revolver range increased to 200 from 100. - Natasha's pilot snipe cooldown reduced to 45 sec. from 1 min. Increased sniping range to 325 from 300. - Chief Scientist costs 800 in 10 seconds. Now buildable from Barracks. Heals friendly infantry in a radius of 100. This unit has no weapon and secondary ability of his own. - Mortar Cycle requires War Factory to build. Buildable from the barracks only. - Grinder requires Super Reactor and Crusher Crane to build. - Reaper requires War Factory and Super Reactor to build. Cost increased to 1400 from 1200 and build time increased to 15 seconds. - Desolator Trooper requires Battle Lab to build. - Sputnik unpack time into an outpost structure increases to 30 seconds from 5 seconds. Just remember why the Allied Ore Collector unpacking into an outpost structure originally took 30 seconds. - Sickle health increased to 500 from 450. Increased Triple Machine Gun range to 250 from 150. - Tesla Tank cost decreased to 1600 from 2200. Attack damage decreased by 40%. Health decreased to 600 from 750. Now buildable from the War Factory. Requires Battle Lab to be built. - Stingray movement speed (on land) increased to 60 from 50. - MCV now has 15% less speed and 40% less health. - Crusher Cranes are no longer allowed to build defenses and superweapons. - Airfield costs 1200 in 15 seconds. Requires Refinery to be built. Twinblades will now be built as Tier 2 and they require Super Reactor. - Sentry Gun requires Barracks to be built. Build time is 15 seconds. - Flak Cannon requires Barracks to be built. - Tesla Coil requires Battle Lab to be built. Build time decreases to 20 seconds from 30 seconds. Japan EOTRS Balance Changes: - All structural nanocore eggs build time increased to 6 seconds instead of 4 seconds. (less building spam) - Imperial Warrior build time increased to 6 from 5. - Engineer when using secondary ability further increases its speed by 175% from 150%. Lasts 12 seconds. Cooldown ability decreased to 40 seconds from 60. - Rocket Angel cost reduced to 800 from 900. Speed increased to 120 from 100. - Yuriko Omega's secondary ability includes a new shader model (psyonic shield) and modified sounds. - Honorable Discharge now takes 50% less damage vs harvesters. - MCV now has 15% less speed and 40% less health. - Archer Maiden cost decreased to 400 from 500 and build time increases to 6 seconds. - Steel Ronin attack damage for both primary and secondary attacks increased by 25%. Health increased to 1800 from 1500. - Sudden Transport cost increased to 750/10 from 500/5. Increased vision radius to 300 from 200, allowing disguise changing before getting seen. - Naginata Cruiser build time increased to 20 sec. from 18 sec. - Nanotech Mainframe requires Refinery and War Factory to be built. - Defense Tower requires Barracks to be built. Build time is 15 seconds. - Waveforce Tower requires Nanotech Mainframe to be built. Build time decreases to 25 seconds from 40 seconds.     The mod community is lacking

    The RA3 Modding community isn't dead yet. The thing is that Bibber is almost done with the RA3 Uprising content, such as his RA3 Upheaval mod. His RA3 Grantaball mod still has some work left to do before a full release. I am about to end RA3 modding for good after I finished with RA3 Reloaded final.     End of Nations MMORTS

    There's something missing, Sonic. You didn't mention about a new C&C term called "co-operate & conquer" as short for "Coop & Conquer". Some people caught that term while reading the tabloids. And worse of all, despite the gambling effect from Trion and Petroglyph they want people to pay a monthly subscription fee online to play both SP and MP even when connected to the Internet. Oh, the humanity..... Online PC gaming is on the rise and regular PC gaming is dying. At least it defines MMORTS. But why include SP in this MMORTS game anyway, it doesn't make any sense. Maybe perhaps now some people will call this game a preview to Generals 2 or maybe just simply this would have been the Generals 2 game anyway since I liked the content there.

    Who plays Farmville?

    I do, but now some people think it's a waste of time playing it and the flash game program is still in beta development, leaving more missing content to appear in the future and there's nothing much worth playing after reaching level 40. In Mafia Wars, there are tons of content to play with, even with a chance to go beyond level 1000. What about you guys? In case you don't know about Farmville, it is the most popular played flash-based game in Facebook, with over 80 million users a day.

    Forum Order Poll

    Instead of voting, I say some subforums are needed of a merge. For older games like C&C1, C&C2, RA1, RA2, Renegade and Generals/Zero Hour, these sections shall merge into one subforum called "C&C The First Decade". For the modding parts of these older games, they shall merge into "C&C The First Decade Modding" section. Although we are seeing subforum sections depending on a universe, it is likely that Generals Universe shall be eliminated. For recent game sections (including modding sections) like C&C3/KW, RA3/Uprising and C&C4, they shall stay as it is. Maybe the TibEd editing tutorials and discussion sections should be merged into one. Those editing tutorial threads shall be stickied if merged. Overall I think that neither of the forum sections are basically dead except for the archives.

    Not until after 2003. Who ever thought that EA was on the uprising back then? RA3 was EA's biggest gamble and it failed to receive very high praise, all but the content.

    C&C Farmville?! I think I might have discussed that with Greg Black in a comment post in Facebook. I have been a Farmville player and fan for several months now and I think only a few of the C&C community play Farmville.

    Actually that can all be owed up by Bibber's RA3 Upheaval mod which included most Uprising content and can be played online. except the campaign missions and commander's challenge.
