  1. No way I am buying GeForce RTX cards until they get cheaper plus more energy efficiency. The last GeForce series to have some energy efficiency was the GTX 900 series. A 350-watt GeForce RTX 3090 will have to force at least a 850-watt power supply!

Video cards are in high demand and short supply right now not only because of gaming but also the uprising of mining cryptocurrency!

  2. Some mainstream music finally.... but won't post them with embedded links since this forum is taking too long to load them, except in Revora forums.

David Guetta ft. Sia - Let's Love

    Miley Cyrus - Midnight Sky

    Lady Gaga - Stupid Love

Carly Rae Jepsen - I Really Like You

Selena Gomez - Lose You To Love Me

    BTS - Dynamite

Billie Ellish - No Time To Die

  3. The GeForce RTX 3000 series have been revealed: https://www.pcgamer.com/nvidia-ampere-30-series-announcement/?utm_content=buffer5339c&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter&utm_campaign=buffer-pcgamertw

How many people would buy a GeForce RTX 3090 to substitute a Titan card? Over 10000 config cores, 24 GB of GDDR6X VRAM, 350W of power (but using a 12-pin connector), 8K gaming compatible and the cost of $1499 USD! That's enough to last a decade of goodness.

  4. Meh, I wasn't there for the C&C remasters. I am for Cities Skylines which is a game that needed a lot of CPU and RAM power. I might need to upgrade a new video card soon, possibly aiming for a GeForce RTX 3060 with a much better smoother 4K gaming. Also in need are a 4K monitor and a 1TB SSD on a PCI-Express chip so I can install any game that is 100+ GB.

  6. Somehow this game runs better on Windows 10 than on Windows 7 due to less video stability issues.

However there's a problem with one of the missions, particularly in the Company of Answers campaign, the one part where you have to destroy all enemy structures. The bug occurred after I destroy everybody and nothing happens. Also that mission lacked the ability to build a war factory airfield (which can automatically send in a reinforced unit every so number of seconds) despite only two rangers and two overseers.

  7. Not only Nina's Synthian is my favorite song of 2020, but also it could be possibly my favorite album of 2020 as well. You're going to love her music.

As for an encore, why not throw in the Sleepwalking album as well?

  8. I know modding Red Alert Remastered is a piece of cake since you can just put rules.ini and aftrmath.ini in the original directory (which is CnCRemastered).

But what about C&C Remastered? I remember back then I had to use Koen's TibEd to edit CNC95.exe that pretty much serves the in-game rules.

If there's no other tool to do this, unless EA/Petroglyph releases a modding tool for that game, I think Koen needs to develop TibEd 3.0 just for the C&C remastered games.

  9. You were aiming for the CGI (or animated) rather than drawing manually.

    However....

    3 hours ago, Nmenth said:

The simplistic art style of the original was an intentional choice to reduce the amount of time it required to draw, but it was often an embarrassment for me to look at, knowing that I could draw far better than that.

At least I like the drawing of the original Cartoon & Conquer.

  10. So I played the total-mod converted game and unfortunately the video performance is still having issues when loading videos, even on a map selection (and it hangs too). There are two missions during the game which had possible loading issues the author mentioned in the readme, so maybe that part needs to be fixed ASAP before releasing the whole thing. Even I thought about hitting the trainer or cheats section which currently don't exist under the latest version of C&C95 from Nyerguds.

Come to think of it after a long decade of developing a mod for C&C95 with limitations,  the game isn't as stable as I thought to be. But still it's a challenging game.
