how many places can you play yuri's revenge online at

my brother's game of the c&c the first decade yuri's revenge got broken so he bought a new copy.he erased the old copy and installed the new one.when he enter his online name of bluesheild it took him to a empty room and said he must register so he did but it still wont let him play online with xwis.i just recently had to replace my copy also but was able to enter my same user name and was able to play online with no problem.any help would be appriciated we seem to be at a stand still.

im making a yuri map using final alert map editor.what im trying to figure out is if it is possible to have the neutral enemy at the center of the map heal itself and carry out random attacks against everyone and rebuild structures that are destroyed and units that are killed.any help would be appriciated,thanks in advance.i am also looking for the terrain expansion.i tried to google it says cannis .net is not longer up.anyone know where i can get this?
