you may have heard about the bug in C&C Generals Zero Hour where you'd play for 15 minutes or so then mega lag something to do with a memory leak i think and EA could never be arssed to fix it this happend to me and it annoyed me so i got C&C 3 insted i played it for like 2 years then one day i decided to Zero Hour Agein still same old mega lag so then i thought **** this slinged Zero Hour across the room and slammed in C&C 3 i played a skirmish ageist 1 AI in a small map and after 15 minutes it started to lag badly much like in ZH so i downloaded Catchman to check the RAM usage it looked pretty bad like it was using 100mbs in a matter of minutes slowly getting slowwer and slowwer intill the lag was unbearable so i think it must be a memory leak (but not sure) i've tryed reinstalling about 5 times no success tryed lowering the graphics from low (my comps not that fast) to very low but nothing works i hope someone can help me out here the strange thing is i played it for years with no lag and then all of asudden it lags cheers in advance (it also lags in Campains don't know about in online play) Windows 7 Home Edition 64 bit Free Hard Disk: 158.5 GB RAM: 2 GB Processor: Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family CPU: Celeron® Dual-Core CPU T3000 @ 1.80GHz (i know it's not that powerful but the game normally runs just fine)

sorry if this has been posted before... I can't deside which one to play tiberium essence or the forgotten mod is there anyway to put both these mods together and have the forgotten mod with essence stuff for gdi, nob and scrin or the other way round cheers -

I must admit that after playing Lan and Multiplayer on any c&c game i stuggle to play singleplayer or skirmish for over 5 minutes without getting bored but thats just my opinion and will not be for everyone (especially C&C fans) but what i don't like is free to play, get ripped off to enjoy system. I was looking forward to playing Generals 2 but now i've found out there making the game like this EA can only dream of getting me to buy it this is why i hate most modern games you pay silly money for the game then you find out you've only got about 5% of the game it's like having a demo if you want the other 95% it'll only cost you a few hundred pounds -
haven't looked at this thread for ages and i've got to say it's come along way since i last saw it well done AlexB and keep up the good work

not really found any problems with it yet i suppose if you pushed it would be nice to have wall show grid of where it's going to go and what other wall it's going to attech but that aside alls good

i know but it'd be nice if you could you can make para troopers special drop para bombs in skirmish but then theres no para troopers

being able to change what building and which team gives you special weapons like pare trooper, parabombs ect. would be cool

think you could add in a rank system or power offline or maybe hijackers like in TS that would increase amazingness even more

when i play C&C Tiberian Sun which is off The First Decade it works but all the menus and stuff are propper messed up and i get like a 640/480 size screen messing with the sun configuration file hasn't worked and i've installed the TFD unofficle patch Rev 2 didn't work and i can't find anything on the net anyone can herlp cheers

Everything is going well so far great bit of kit actully especially the walls with guard range EDIT: having a problem getting it to enable the gnrl to be used in skirmish do't have clue why tech level = 9, soviet ect. but wont work

slight problem i installed it but when i ran a skirmish game it crashed i have cnc-ddraw installed and the TFD Unofficial patch rev 4 could this be the problem?

I've been modding ra1 for years intill i finally noticed i had no more options left to mod but now i've found this thread and it's looking pretty top quality can't wait intill it's finished but don't rush it and also do you think you could fix a problem where the Heli Carrier won't show up in side bar inless you set the faction to ever Allies Or Soviets because i wanted it to only be avalible to uk keep up the good work

so no then i wasn't going to release it i just wanted to do it privatly -
i play the game on low like i said the lag seems to be like the dreaded ZH lag where it would lag in skirmish because of bad coding and memory leak but i don't think it's the coding since it used to work i have patched C&C3 recently
