  1. W3D Hub has rolled out version 3.0.7.0 of Red Alert: A Path Beyond. This update fixes some crashes, resolves some balancing and economy issues, touches up maps, revives RA_Antlion and RA_ToTheCore, reworks the Gunboats' depth charges and more.   2. Looks like the W3D Hub team are doing some research. They want to find out what kind of soldier you are, what vehicles do you like to drive, or what are your most used units in Red Alert: A Path Beyond overall? So head over to this topic on the W3D Hub Forums to vote and discuss.
  3. The team at W3D Hub have some new updates about the progress made with Tiberian Sun: Reborn. With the addition of a new member to their talented team, early previews of the GDI EMP Cannon and GDI Radar can be seen. There are new and modified Purchase Terminals for both GDI and Nod. This is part of the visual overhaul for 2.0. And to finish things off, a work in progress look at the Nod Tech Centre. This building provides access to Nod's higher-tier units such as the Cyborg Commando, making this a vital structure on full-arsenal maps. Check out the full update right here.
  4. The team at W3D Hub is hosting a Red Alert: A Path Beyond game night this Saturday the 2nd of July to commemorate the recently released stats system. Join the W3D hub team and other Red Alert: A Path Beyond players at 8PM GMT/9PM BST, jump into the server and earn your place on the official leader boards.   5. W3D Hub have announced something that has been the works for a long time. The team have been collecting game data and working hard behind the scenes in the past few months and they are pleased to present the Official Statistics and Ranking System for Red Alert: A Path Beyond. This ranking system is rather detailed. For instance, you can see how you rank up against everyone else and if you climbed or dropped a rank, see your total score and k/d ratio, how many games you have won as either Allied or Soviet, and how many times you have earned the MVP spot. You can even see when someone last played or is online now. Another cool feature is the forum signature image. Display your stats on your favourite forums, such as the CNCNZ.com Forums. There is more, you can find out about everything this new ranking system has to offer right here. Once your done its time to jump into the game and start ranking up.
  6. Another important update for Red Alert: A Path Beyond has been made available by W3D Hub.   7. The June development update for Red Alert 2: Apocalypse Rising has been posted at W3D Hub. This update features previews of Boris, the elite commando, and Hero of the Soviet Union.   8. A new update about the Battle for Dune: War of Assassins mod for C&C Renegade has been posted at W3D Hub. This update discusses the move to Scripts 5.0 which will add all sorts of improvements and graphical features. Version 3.0.5.0 included many changes and fixes for damage, infantry, vehicles, buildings, visual aesthetics, performance and finally plenty of balanced changes to the maps.   11. A new update about the Red Alert 2: Apocalypse Rising mod has been posted at W3D Hub. This April update covers a range of topics such as a preview of the new RA2 Frostbite Isle map, based on the C&C Under Renegade map. Some detailed looks a the Allied Mirage Tank and Soviet Tesla Tank (pictured above).   12. In less than a week, W3D Hub have released another patch for Red Alert: A Path Beyond. Version 3.0.4.1 features the addition of Cruisers, however due to their overwhelming power they are currently Tech Level 5, meaning they are on Coastal Influence only. Currently there is no icon for them and they are temporarily using the Red Alert cruiser icon. The River Raid map also gets a big overhaul in this release as well.   13. W3D Hub have released the v3.0.4.0 patch for Red Alert: A Path Beyond. This is another large update to address more bugs and includes changes such as Thieves, Flamethrowers and Minelayers have been moved down from Tech Level 3 to 2, Tech Level 1 now has the same units available that Tech Level 2 previously did. This is to provide more flexibility for future maps; previously Tech Level 1 was basically wasted space as it only had the units that are available without a barracks.   14. To end the month of February, a small update about the Red Alert 2: Apocalypse Rising was posted at W3D Hub. It features a video showing off the Harrier construction animations of the Airforce Command HQ. Check it out above.   16. W3D Hub have released version 3.0.2.0 of Red Alert: A Path Beyond. A lot of the changes in this release are based on fan feedback. This patch contains mostly balance changes, but there are other things in the update as well like an overhauled Master Control Terminal, some new sounds, changes to Coastal Influence's Soviet base, and more.   17. Imperial Age for C&C Renegade is the latest project to join the team at W3D Hub. Imperial Age aims to deliver dynamic gameplay with many new units, vehicles, and weapons. Some of its features include.... The current build has around 120 vehicles; 60 per team. This number is not including aircraft, naval units, Forgotten and neutral vehicles. Each vehicle has its own passive abilities and role to play. 20+ maps, each with their own unique way of playing. Some maps are best suited to open vehicle combat, others may see good choke-points to build barricades and place minefields, while some may feature hazards such as quicksand! Research and upgrade terminals to improve your team's vehicles and weaponry. On maps with Construction Yards, you can restore base structures depending on costs. Vehicles have weak points, and in some instances you may even land critical hits. Faster paced gameplay than Vanilla Renegade. Check out the announcement topic right here.   18. W3D Hub have uploaded the Red Alert: A Path Beyond Delta Trailer and delivered a the v3.0.1.0 patch as well. This updated version of the game, based on player feedback, features map adjustments, infantry, vehicle, and boat changes, several aesthetic improvements, and more. There has been a lot of change and transition for Red Alert: A Path Beyond in the past week or so with it's move to W3D Hub, the "Delta" release, and Bluehell Productions ending their development support of it. So to clear everything up, One Winged Angel from W3D Hub decided to address the community via a video that you can watch above. It addresses a few of the concerns brought up by long time fans and will hopefully help to inspire some confidence in what W3D Hub are aiming to build in the future. This new "Delta" release of the game promises to be the best version of it to date. Here's a a quick summary of what has changed from the previous "Gamma" release. Naval combat has been reintroduced Snipers reintroduced Tech Level determined at the start of the round Tech Level unit structure reworked Sprinting has been added, which is done by holding [shift] Regeneration has been added; Infantry will recover to 75% of their health, armour remains depleted. Aiming penalties factor in; Standing, running, crouching and jumping will affect your accuracy. Many months of work and testing has gone into this the release and the development team are please with the results.   22. We have some Red Alert: A Path Beyond news from the team at W3D Hub. It would appear there is unity in the W3D Renegade modding community after all. It has been announced that the next and best release of Red Alert: A Path Beyond will be available via W3D Hub's launcher. With W3D Hub now officially supporting Red Alert: A Path Beyond you will be able to download and install/patch the game in the future, as well as join official game servers hosting it.

The November update features screenshots of the Airforce Command HQ interiors, an early preview of some land and naval crates.   24. W3D Hub developers always have their hands full with work on the well-known Red Alert 2: Apocalypse Rising, which brings us to its latest development update. Work on in-game structures such as the Allied Airforce Command HQ and building interiors are progressing nicely, along with new concept art exploration and various efforts to improve character models along with other in-game assets. One of the more notable additions to AR is definitely the inclusion of objective markers which help players find weak spots in enemy buildings. Other neat gameplay mechanics such as new ore storage capacity indicators for anyone doing some in-game ore mining are also welcome additions! Lastly, the AR team is currently recruiting possible new developers as well as testers, so don't hesitate to take a look at what they need - you just might be the right person for the job!   25. Following the great success of the last one, W3D Hub is organizing yet another game night featuring the latest version of Tiberian Sun: Reborn where you can play and talk with the developers. The event is set to start on the 4th of October (Sunday) at 8pm GMT / 9pm BST, and all you have to do in order to participate is download the game and hop onto the main server.
