Luk3us 63 Posted June 25, 2008 (edited) Yes, support, or lack there of. With RA3 coming soon, what kind of support are you "REALLY" expecting EA to deliver? Will it be on par with TW, being fairly decent, or more inline with KW, being truly terrible? So what are your opinions on support for RA3? Good, Bad, Terrible? etc etcc. TheBlackOut 6 Posted June 25, 2008 RA3 will be supported greatly (though TW and KW will be left in the dust) until the next C&C RTS or major EA RTS that involves the division that makes this game is announced. Share this post Link to post
Polarity 0 Posted June 26, 2008 My guess is that it will be better supported than CnC3, especially with the new ladder system, website, and forums coming later this year. Share this post Link to post
Kibax 0 Posted June 27, 2008 I honestly believe that RA3 is going to really show how EALA can support games. I know that TW/KW have pretty much been left for RA3 and that is unfortunate but I believe RA3 is going to set the precedent in game support. EALA is hiring a dedicated LIVE team to patch their games, are getting new forums, a new central C&C portal with pages for each of the games. All together it promises to greatly improve support for future games. I know I sound like an EA salesman but I really believe RA3 is the start of a new age!!! Share this post Link to post

Totallyy!11111 I'll believe it when RA3 is released and two years later they're still engaged in it. Which I will doubt. Sorry, EA doesn't have a great track record, especially with C&C. Polarity 0 Posted June 27, 2008 Which is exactly why they can't afford to screw up again. Share this post Link to post
TheBlackOut 6 Posted June 27, 2008 Which is exactly why they can't afford to screw up again. Why? People will still buy their games so it doesn't matter to them. People said exactly what you said when C&C3 came out. "Oh they messed up with Gens and ZH but they won't with C&C3!1 they're going to prove themselves differently!!!1111". I even somewhat believed it. And yet, here we are again. Share this post Link to post
