Guest YoGo Posted May 4, 2004 I'll only speak of my own game experiences, and from the C&C games i have played GDi was by far the most powerful. The original, they owned, with mammoth tanks and their advanced defence towers. With the best attack and defence they kicked ass. NOD had the obelisk, but i don't think it was as good as a ton of advanced towers, and it relied too heavily on your power plants. Share this post Link to post
Gazdude 0 Posted May 4, 2004 Well at 6 to 3, looks like GDI did what they usually do... own nod Share this post Link to post
Thierry 0 Posted May 5, 2004 Yeh, some kind of trick to double the votes for the GDI, and cut the votes for NOD in half. Share this post Link to post

Thierry 0 Posted May 5, 2004 what the? That's not funny. So now you decide to use this to make the GDI win? :? Share this post Link to post
Sheepe 0 Posted May 13, 2004 Well it all depends on the game... TD: Pretty even RA: Pretty even ish TS: Nod RA2: Soviets I hate TS for 2 reasons, 1. they changed the view point, 2. I can't build walls into the enemy base a build up a bunch o' turrets no more (lol, J/K) But I LOOOOOOVVEE The trains... -Sheepe Share this post Link to post
Gazdude 0 Posted May 13, 2004 TS: Nod Everyone knows GDI rule over NOD in TS Share this post Link to post
Sheepe 0 Posted May 14, 2004 They're pretty evenly matched, it depends who the player is and who they're playing. (Had two examples, but I lost them when parents came down... ) GDI's superweapons suck. The Ion Cannon is fine, but the FireStorm Defense sucks, unless it can block missiles. Supposedly the FireStorm Fence is "infinately high" (As quoted from the Manual) Which should block missiles, if not chew up the moon... (Cause infinity would make it shoot out into space and smack into the other side of the Earth) -Sheepe Share this post Link to post
Gazdude 0 Posted May 14, 2004 (Cause infinity would make it shoot out into space and smack into the other side of the Earth) The universe is also infinite so it wouldnt, and if the universe wasn't infinite it would take it millions and billions of years to reach the other side of the earth... Share this post Link to post
Thierry 0 Posted May 14, 2004 If you think that space is a big sphere and that you end up where you started, then maybe. Or... it would keep going forever, destroying planets on its way, gettin some aliens pissed off and then the GDI have somethin else to fight at. Share this post Link to post
Sheepe 0 Posted May 14, 2004 Saying the Universe is infinite is like saying that natural resources are infinite. And besides, what the hell kinda of physics allows for a freaking infinite super fire wall thinger? -Sheepe Share this post Link to post
Sheepe 0 Posted May 15, 2004 Good point... screw reality... ouch -Sheepe Share this post Link to post
Gazdude 0 Posted May 15, 2004 If you think about it, the FS wall will be travelling at the speed of light.. Now remind me how long it takes light to travel from our nearest galaxy (andromeda) ?? Share this post Link to post
