question about soviet support powers (and size of Uprising download)

How do you use the Soviet 'magnetic levitation' support power? Whenever I try it, the levitation thing shows up with 4 green arrows... clicking any of the arrows gives off a sound effect but nothing happens, whether I click any of the 4 green arrows or the green button in the center, it won't move. How do I use it?

 

Also, what is the size of the RA3 Uprising download from EA's site?

Click a destination. It's like a unit, you select it, then order it to move somewhere.

 

Big. Over 5 gb I believe.

Click on the "green circle 4 arrow thingy", click on the target or whatever place you intend to bring this magnetic beam thingy to. It'll move slowly, so plan wisely.

About 5.3 GB size.

I joined the chorus of westwood fanboys who blasted EA for not inlcuding classic left-click control with C&C3. 30secs after actually playing once it was patched in, I shruggred my shoulders and went back to right-clicking!

Second that. In fact I'd played so much C&C I'm so used to the left click when C&C3 was released with the right click default I was overwhelmed for a moment.

I prefer right-click, since left is for selecting troops, I had some accidents with left click
