Nuke the aggressor

I am making a map, and I would like to know how to correctly attack a cell tag to a unit. I made a trigger with the settings as follows:

Trigger options: Name: T Rex death nuke; House: Civilian; Type: 0; Attached trigger: <none>

Event: Event 0: "attacked by any house"; everything else blank, no options

Actions: Action 0: 95 Nuke Strike... at waypoint 27

The T Rex that sets off the event is enclosed in prison fence and has the cell tag that you place when you click "place on map" on the square where it stands.

When I play on the map and attack the T Rex, nothing happens, even if I kill him.

The action works, because I attached it to my beginning of the game event and the nuke launched. Please tell me what the problem is, it would be greatly appreciated!

Double click the unit and it should open a window with a drop down list at the bottom labeled "Attached tag:" with all triggers currently on your map listed. Select the correct trigger and it will be attached to that unit. A cell tag is unnecessary.
