How can I edit the game's loading screen?

I'm talking about the screen it shows while the whole game is loading, not just one of the battles.

It is in the RA2MD.mix. Open it and edit it with SHP Builder (or Photoshop) and put it in a .mix file or in you install dir. If you want to create a whole new one you should be carefull because the text from Westwood and copyright have to come to the right bottem and 'Loading...' at the left top.

You cannot put this particular image in a MIX file and have it work. It has to be placed loose in the directory.

Amm idk if u guys still here.. i just need to know is there any tutorial how to edit that loading screen? anyone?  please help. thanks.
