sounds on those hero guys in yuris rev.

all the sounds on frankunfarter and stallion are all replaced with gi sounds. the weopans have no sounds. when i default it it comes back the same way. But if i reinstall it and dont run tibed the sounds work fine. What The Hell? :x

I'm not sure what the problem is (probably related to SoundMD.ini). If you select "Remove changes from game" from the file menu, then the game state is restored to the way it was before using TibEd.

If you use your changes, then deleting the file "SoundMD.ini" might solve your problems.
