dbjs2009 25 Posted September 21, 2010 1-Welcome to CNCNZ. 2-If you mean the telsa coils, Prism Towers or any other defense building I think you need to find this line in the Rulesmd.ini file : Capturable=false Replace the false with true, when you make this option your engineer now can capture these buildings for you : Capturable=true Share this post Link to post

Anyway download it, extract the file to the game directory then find the code.. Remember each building has that code just find the defense building that you want to change, find that line then change the false with true.. rulesmd.rar Share this post Link to post

EDIT: i noticed there is a file in the dictory that called rulesmd.txt what is that? and one more thing: the file you gave me will effect the game if i will put it in the dictory and i wont change it? I've never actually done it... and now that I look back, it might only be possible in single-player mode. A celltag is a tag, for a cell. It allows you to attach triggers to the ground rather than an object. Share this post Link to post

Nmenth 289 Posted September 22, 2010 First open the ra2md.csf in your RA2 directory. Click Edit -> Insert string. Under String ID, type in a new code for your message, you can choose one of the styles Westwood used, but I prefer to create my own so that I can more easily locate it again later. So if it was me doing it, I might type AddedNew:mssg1, then click OK. Now find your code in the list (if you used AddedNew, it will be at the very top) and select it. Under Content, write your message that will appear in-game, e.g. Welcome back commander... Save (you should create a duplicate of your ra2md.csf first and store it somewhere else for safe keeping). In FinalAlert, your new code should now appear in the list of text triggers. Share this post Link to post
