Remakes, as good as the orginals?

Heh, im not into that.. i like the remake of Resident Evil on the GC.. and the remake of Metal Gear Solid, much much more than the originals

I have played some remakes and they are terrible. And the FF series (The first 5 games in the series) is the best, and should be left alone. The remakes for the GameCube and PS are fine. Just not for the GBA. Bleech!

Nothing is wrong. It's just that the remakes I have seen are poorly thrown together.

remaking. It's like they try to make the game exactly as it was. But forgot what they did, so do something different

lol, well they won't have the same team of programmers as they did when they made it orginally. There are versions of FF on the GBA, but I don't think they're remakes of the orginals.

It would really depend on whether or not the remake really was an improvement, or what they changed. If they changed the characters, for example, then that might not rub well for fans of the game. A few of the remakes I have seen I think might not go well, but on the whole I think they are good.

I think the remake of Generals is a good think that EA create. You know that Generals Zero Hour is not completely finished, if EA finished everything that they haven't done in the orginal Generals, it would be great. I hope they will finish the things that EA haven't been finished, like the Boss Generals, nuke hunter, etc.

in my opinion, all of the FF remakes and games above FF6 are crap. just crap. They storyline sucks, the characters look like they were just thrown onto screen. or out of some cartoon. the last decent one was FF5. and even that wasn't that great.
