Here's a cool fan made video. Using the power of the Frostbite 2.0 engine that powers Battlefield 3, and Red Alert 2 for inspiration, some dedicated fans came up with this. It's almost like looking into the future of what's to come with Generals 2 next year.

It's not really a mod at all. I mean, maybe the camera angles from up above, but it appears as though all the effects were added in afterwards.
