OpenRA Mammoth May Madness Release

Stable version 20130514 of OpenRA has been released, featuring over 1,100 individual changes by 26 authors since the last stable release. Some of the new features are:

  • UI improvements to the menus and lobby
  • New UI for replays, spectators and defeated players
  • New construction radius limits for C&C and D2K
  • Repairable bridges
  • Desert theater for RA
  • Left-click mouse controls (beta)
  • 5 new missions for RA
  • 20 new multiplayer maps across all three mods
  • Significant balance improvements across all three mods
  • More bugfixes

Hi here when I have install it Norton anitviurs says the RAexe is no safe to use, so am woulding is ok to use and theres no viurs afder all?

Norton is garbage. I just scanned the OpenRA EXE with Microsoft Security Essentials, its 100% safe.

No need to bother. Symantec used to target Nyerguds' funpark.exe file from older versions of his patch as some sort of a trojan or something. Symantec will be Symantec, with all system slowdowns and false positives :P

Norton also flagged scripts 4.0/TT patch for Renegade and my own patch, both using completely different coding and patching techniques..

Pretty much the only solution to that is uninstalling Symantec's products. I did so myself a while back (took me a while to be conviced, though) and I never looked back.
