Shockingly the top three are all old games that I recognized, but neither Dota 2 and World of Warcraft made the list! Even Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and Mass Effect 2 should be in the top five. Yikes!

 

Deus Ex, Fallout 2 and System Shock 2 in the top 10 are some of my favorites.

 

The best RPG of all time IMO is still Baldur's Gate II because it was the highest rated RPG of all time.

In most cases agree with this list. Planescape: Torment is the best RPG i've played.

No JRPGs on there... though that's probably because Japan is Console Country, and the site that made the list is PC Gamer.

The greatest RPGs ever made are Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy VI and Super Mario RPG. This list is boring except for South Park.
