where do i start,

ok

tibed has permanantly misteaken my bomb weopan, bombp projectile, and bombWh warhead with that of the grizzly tanks gun

 

i also looked into my rules ini manuallly and if you make a new anything the immediatly select say the kirov then save it your rules ini has been used as a history type thing with everything you click on written inside it.

 

Days Have Been Spent Trying to Work Around These Problems, and all along my best friend was betraying me, TIBED.

 

After all that i would like to say that it is a nice program but these bugs hold it back from its true potential and it is easier to edit RA2 using only notepad :(

what im tryin to say is if you make a complertly new weopan

then move to vehichels, the vehichle that was selected will be part of the

weopan, but this only shows up on the notepad

Because that ; is a comment. Nothing to worry about.

But you should immediately after you add a weapon give it to an unit, or else it will dissappear.

Perhaps you can send one of the 'wrong' files so I can see it for myself.

The first part could pose a bit of a problem... it's the code that tries to include the comment from the previous section (; Kirov Airship), but in this case it shows some keys of the previous section as well. So if you go & edit this manually.... you might create a nasty problem. Never seen this one before in 3 years :roll: .

From what it looks like your cloning a current weapon/unit not creating a new entry. Don't know why the extra tags are showing up.

 

Got me on the bomber. Never have I heard a problem with the codes I posted before.

 

And your right about WordPad/Notepad. It is easier to edit in that way. But for those who never modded RA2/YR (or any game for that matter) This is an easy reference and tool for them.

ah yea i agree tibed is great for beginners but when ur just copy pasting notepad is easier
