List of fan-run multiplayer services

In the past few years, we've seen a lot of community-run multiplayer services for old games, either because the games lost their official online servers, or the official ones fell to disrepair. I'd like to make a list of active and popular community-run services for these titles. Add the ones you stumble upon in a reply, and this post will be updated.

Do not post links to services which:

• cost money to access
• offer full game downloads for titles that are still sold by their publishers/developers (e.g. non-Blizzard World of WarCraft servers)
• are individual dedicated servers (such as the ones for FPS games) - link to master server replacements instead
• are generic LAN emulators (LogMeIn Hamachi, Evolve, Tunngle, GameRanger...)

Revive (Battlelog.co and BL2142.co) closed down recently. DICE didn't like how they distributed full installations of Battlefield 2 and 2142, so the Revive team took both the downloads and the servers down. For crying out loud.

HelloClan Vietnam (server for Battlefield Vietnam) was intelligent and just removed the downloads, while the servers are still standing.
