Sonic 292 Posted October 30, 2016 The "R" rated Wolverine movie that people want see. Its simply called "Logan". Follows the Old Man Logan story from the comics..... Red Band trailer.... Share this post Link to post
PurpleGaga27 37 Posted October 30, 2016 So other than Jessica Jones, Deadpool and Batman vs Superman Ultimate Edition, this is the latest comic movie to get a rated "R" rating. Maybe Marvel needs more rated "R" movies these years. Share this post Link to post
Sonic 292 Posted October 31, 2016 So other than Jessica Jones, Deadpool and Batman vs Superman Ultimate Edition, this is the latest comic movie to get a rated "R" rating. Batman v Superman was not rated "R". Looking at the Blu-Ray case now it says "M" for mature audiences. 16 years and older. "R" rated is 18+. Share this post Link to post
Doctor Destiny 40 Posted October 31, 2016 You have a different rating system than the US. R in the US isn't 18+. It's 17+ like M-rated games. In any case, this looks like it could be interesting. Might check it out when it's not in theaters. Not paying that much to see a movie I've got no REAL interest in. Share this post Link to post
Global Defense Initiative 0 Posted October 31, 2016 I'm very excited for this movie. Share this post Link to post
Luk3us 63 Posted November 1, 2016 Patrick Stewart looks old! This looks much better than the last Wolverine movie, damn that was an awful movie. Share this post Link to post
Sonic 292 Posted November 1, 2016 Patrick Stewart looks old! Well the man is 76 now. But yeah they have aged him even more for this movie. This looks much better than the last Wolverine movie, damn that was an awful movie. You didn't like The Wolverine? I thought it was ok. But remember thanks to the events of Days of Future Past none that really happened, its a different time line now. Logan will be Hugh Jackman's last time playing Wolverine so this one better be memorable. Share this post Link to post
Nyerguds 100 Posted November 3, 2016 Old Man Logan? Ugh. That story was a gigantic mess. By the end I think not even the author still knew what was a dream and what was real Though seeing X-23 on the big screen might make it worth it. Here's hoping she kicks ass :3 Share this post Link to post
Sonic 292 Posted November 3, 2016 Old Man Logan? Ugh. Well its probably going to by simplified and shortened for this movie. There is a bunch of characters they can't use anyway. So lets just say its based on the Old Man Logan comics. Share this post Link to post
Gben 20 Posted November 20, 2016 I love Hugh, but his standalone Wolverine movie stink. He's got the look, and maybe the sound, but the scripts & sfx are just woeful. Sigh, and I love Hugh. I'm not a big fan of the character, but he needs to be violent and aggressive and the 'pg' versions he's been have been underwhelming. Still it's his swansong, and I like the idea of using this somehow to be the excuse to reboot the franchise for the next movie. Best of Luck Always, Logan. Share this post Link to post
Sonic 292 Posted January 20, 2017 This is really looking good. The final Logan trailer to be released before the actual movie comes out on the 3rd of March.... Also the extended red band trailer.... Share this post Link to post
Nyerguds 100 Posted January 20, 2017 I really hope they don't nerf the family angle for "moar action" as happens so often these days. Remember when movies actually had pacing? Share this post Link to post
Sonic 292 Posted March 3, 2017 Went to see Logan tonight. Brilliant movie. Violent and emotional. This is Hugh's finest work as Wolverine. Patrick Stewart's performance is excellent as well. I really couldn't find anything wrong with it. I would like see them continue this with style for future X-Men movies. Its gritty, raw and far more realistic. I don't give two ****s about Oscar awards but I think Jackman deserves some Oscar recognition for this one. But we know that will never happen. We live in a world where **** trash like LA LA Land win these so called "awards". Share this post Link to post
Ravendark 43 Posted March 3, 2017 Saw it tonight. It did not feel like a x-men or wolverine movie. And i love that. It felt solid...even if you never read or saw anything of wolverine/x-men before this movie wouldn't loose any of its edge. Share this post Link to post

You must have watched the Oscars lately where La La Land (which had some decent wins) was ruined by the Moonlight for best picture. Share this post Link to post
Sonic 292 Posted March 4, 2017 Yeah I know all about screw up at the Oscars. That La La **** still won a bunch of other meaningless awards though. Logan is not really a comic book super hero movie but it will classed as one. And comic book super hero movies don't win Oscars. Unless the actor dies, like Heath Ledger did in 2009. Ravendark 43 Posted March 4, 2017 Also being a proud member of the abundant facial hair club myself...can we acknowledge that wicked awesome beard he's rocking in this movie! Share this post Link to post
Gben 20 Posted March 8, 2017 Yep, saw it, loved it. But that Casino Hotel Scene... whoah. Intense. Share this post Link to post
