I've been at this for hours, with Image=ArtName

okay I have open XCC Mixer and created 5 new cameos, now the Spy Sattilate somehow already done for me in it's art.

 

I am so freakin confused

 

have this displayed for the Death Trooper and Death Tank

that looks to be your problem, remove this section from the art ini and make this your death tank

You did the same thing here, just use the existing art ini section for the unit your making, you don't need another section for another unit. here is the fixed version of the Inf. code.

Just forget about making another Art INI section for a unit that has the exact same art code as a pre-existing unit.

Actually, he has the rules entries. He just needs to put Image=SHK/Image=TTNK in rules, instead of art.

 

And NEVER have space in your [iD].

mm that makes me wonder does that mean I cannot offically create a new Unit? with its own cameo but the same animation?

 

I want Shock Trooper

and I want Death Trooper they both use the same animation...

 

I want Telsa Tank

and I want Death Tank they both use the same vxl animation...

 

Would it mean I just need to copy the animations 2 times also?

I assume its different for units

No, it's not different for units.

 

Well now I see the problem. I didn't look hard enough before.

 

You have [Death Tank] set as the [iD]. Change it to [DTNK] and THEN put Image=TTNK on the art entry. Do the same for the Death Trooper. Make sure you change the [infantryTypes] and [VehicleTypes] lists to reflect the [iD] change.
