Sudden Strike 4 - a new RTS involving Allies, Soviets and Germans

Recommended Posts

Article: http://www.pcgamer.com/sudden-strike-4-is-now-available

Release: https://www.gog.com/news/release_sudden_strike_4

Suddenly the gameplay trailer looks like Company of Heroes meets Call of Duty and C&C Red Alert all over again.

Unlike most new game releases, even GOG has it for purchase and download... DRM free! And only a 4.7 GB download.

Just wondering if any of you thought the previous three Sudden Strike games were any good.

You don't follow GOG at all.

Steam reviews show Mixed results. Sometimes that's palatable, but for an uncertain buy... probably not going to risk it.

Are Steam reviews even reliable? When you cut trolls and retarded kids, as well as downvotes made in rage for whatever reason, you pretty much remove a good percentage of the reviews.

It's at 4 stars on GOG at the moment.

I think those are usually in the minority for uncontroversial titles.

Usually depends on the game. That happens more on popular titles or indie games. Stuff like SS4 doesn't usually get it and I didn't think highly of it...
