Is there a program that can auto-generate or transcribe from audio to text?

I found some programs that can transcribe audio to text, but those programs do not automatically generate text from audio (no matter if it's from speech, music or video clips).

Is there a program(s) that can auto-generate or transcribe from audio to text? I wouldn't bet on Dragon Naturally Speaking since that app only uses the voice from a microphone that can be transcribed into text.... and recent versions mentioned it can use audio to transcribe into text.

In TextAloud and a few other programs, it's possible to convert text to speech. I just want the other way in reverse.

From my personal experience looking on the web (I read audio books alot). Such a thing doesn't exist for now.

Youtube subtitles manage, but... badly, heh.

Yes, but even commercial software does that clumsily. Youtube subtitles are probably the best free text-to-speech program you can get right now.
