maaz88 1 Posted April 12, 2018 Hey guys, I created a new support power for NOD similar to GDI bloodhound reinforcements, I created OCL, special power, Ability button, defined the spell book and then added it to the NOD Liquidation facility (chemical plant). But somehow the button doesnt showup. There were no errors in the mod build process. Can anyone help Share this post Link to post

Egozi44 27 Posted April 13, 2018 IIRC what we need is the SP settings in the gameobject xml, the object's commandset, logic command, to set proper chain xmls for the SP (include buttonstate and such), and add it to the spellbook may remember things wrong though, need to check. What SP you trying to add? I do know there one ability in KW that seem to be coded and give you hard time to change it into SP (the temple of Nod computer something, only one user success in change it into SP from unit ability), so maybe there's more.. unless it brand new SP Share this post Link to post
maaz88 1 Posted April 14, 2018 I tried to copy the support reinforcement power of GDI bloodhounds, I wanted elite Raider tanks delivered to the battlefield through carryalls, I did everything that is for the bloodhounds but still it doesnt appear in the support bar. Share this post Link to post

Egozi44 27 Posted April 17, 2018 it look alright but I can't say with my poor memory without site and compare it to my xmls, if you simple copied the GDI's SP through and through and just changed the IDs and spawn unit it should work... if you mod KW, and have Skype or Discord I can offer alternative means for nod transportation if you like though it different than the good old transport. 1 Share this post Link to post
maaz88 1 Posted April 17, 2018 Bro i couldnt mod KW bcs wrathed doesnt run on my win8.1 laptop. I tried different version still it didnt run and there was no error. So i can only mod TW or generals. I more inclined to cnc3 so i mod TW. There is a TW mod named Termination. He has added two call for support powers for NOD. One is Stealth tank support call through NODcarryalls. Other is Venom craft call(12 elite venoms) arrive. Unluckily, wrathed doesnt run so i cant see his xmls. I do have skype. Can u help? Share this post Link to post

maaz88 1 Posted April 20, 2018 I downloaded all these and checked them one by one, maybe its something I am doing wrong, none of these was running, I just extracted and directly went to TOOLS and then wrathed.exe but again nothing happens and there is no error. Share this post Link to post

maaz88 1 Posted April 26, 2018 Are you talking about the display language? Its English. I don't use PCs in my local language. Dont know if u asking something else. I can recall a year or two back I ran Wrathed on the same system and it was running fine, but back then I had no knowledge that wrathed could be used for xml extraction other than KW modding.
