and yes, we have a horror channel. at least two actually. (if you are with the satellite tv company Sky)

you have all the standard Sky movie channels (Sky with a genre added to the end like "action" or "comedy")

aaaand then there are the other, more amateur channels. like the horror channel. their company actually expanded a year or so ago so they changed their name to "zone horror" ("zone" being the little link so you can relate the channels. there is also zone reality, zone romantica, zone thriller and probably others...)

 

then other channels which i'm sure you guys would -love- such as "movies4men" which shows old/bad action flicks and war movies throughout the day, then questionable adult movies at night.

basically the listing site for all the channels on sky... have a look around. it's worth a laugh. especially since we have a lot of strange channels nowadays... i've noticed a rather large increase in both middle eastern and religious channels (there are about 20 "god" channels o_o; and we did get al jazeera for a while but i can't find it anymore. though there is an al jazeera kids channel...)

those numbers were for general population, but I guess in all those crazy asian countries more people know about 4chan but I would bet it's like 60-70pct of people wouldn't get the joke in the US
