Zero Hour but no Generals??

I got Zero Hour now and installed it and it works fine but for some reason I can't play the original Generals. I don't know if this is supposed to be this way but whenever I try to start Generals it give the Message of a serious error (also without tibed2).

reinstall both of them and see what happens

I kinda already fixed the problem, I simply removed the Generals.exe file, so that when you get the autorun menu from the cd it will how install, from there I fixed it with that repair stuff. I don't know why it didn't work at first though but it works fine now.
