Gen. and Zh. onoine account problem

i'm having a problem when i try and create an account for online multyplay mode i type in my details and click create account and then a message appears saying "password is incorrect" can someone please help me

#1. *IMPORTANT* Do you already have an account with generals and the E-mail address you are using? if so you have to use the same password for each account. I just tried creating a new account on my e-mail and couldn't use a different password. Its to do with the fact you use your E-Mail and password to log onto gamespy

 

If you have forgoten the password go to www.gamespyid.com and look for the 'forgoten my password' enter your e-mail, get the e-mail..... play Generals!

 

 

(these may also be a factor im not 100%)

 

#2. Are you entering a password?

 

#3. Does your password have spaces/symbols in it?

 

#4. Is your password over 6 characters long?

naa i hav'nt created an account on any generals game or on gamespy and i dont know if this helps but i'm using the first decade version and i've also posted some screenshots

most other multiplayer games use gamespy so you may already have an account without realising it.

Try using a different login name.

 

Also, check your email. Is it slow-jamzz or slow_jamzz

 

The underscore vs. hyphen will probably cause a few problems.

yay thanks you lot i checked back on gamespyid and found out i had an account from my warhammer 40000 dawn of war. thanks agian
