Playing tiberiam sun online with out having the first decade

when ever i jion a server it says incompatible version even though its fully patched.

naaa I got the same prob.... I aint never downloaded a Mod for any of my CNC games.... hell im running it off a brand new PC! no way its me installing any mods.... It's patched for V2.03 and its the original game and not FD..... i cant join any games.....

 

Can we get the FD patch and use that on TS?

No I think you will find that due to both the Tiberian Sun and Firestorm servers being combined on XWIS there is no possible way of telling who is running FS or TS and well they are different versions. So it could well be and more then likely that it's a simple case of a person running FS trying to join a TS game or vice versa.
