How many of you buy Klepacki's CD, and play it over your games... or rework it to play the music in-game?

I reworked the music to play with Generals

except "Our Lady Peace-Whatever" for the first track of GLA.

Frank Klepacki rules!!!

I have all the C&C soundtracks from Dawn to RA2, btu that's it. Trying to buy Klepacki's CDs when I don't have a credit card to buy them online prevents me from owning his work.

I wonder if being a community leader grants me the opportunity to work around that... I might have to speak with Chickendippers.

You do know you can hear samples of his New CDs on that jukebox. Most of his music is meant for gaming.

He can not.

Frank Klepacki has not been contacted to score Command & Conquer 3. He revealed that he learned of the game's development the "same way the fans did."[4] Klepacki feels that Command & Conquer is a significant part of his life and that he would like to return to the Tiberian era.[6] He conceded that employment at Petroglyph games would probably prevent him from working with Electronic Arts

man thats sad... I think EA would gladly accept a few songs from him... and i think he would have a good feeling with it..

Petroglyph games... have they made good games?

Its some of the people from westwood right?..

I don't really care about game soundtracks, they're only there in the background anyway.

Damn you have a high post count...

Anyway, I see your point, but, interestingly enough, sometimes I'll have itunes running in the background and turn OFF the in game soundtracks. :D

Did you know that iTunes was originally programmed by the Devil? Before an even more sinister evil came along and renamed it iTunes... Evil it is, evil...

As I keep saying, allow the user to play their own tunes during gameplay, they do it in a lot of other games very easily.
