Sure, more people are going to get it reguardless, but it's not like it's going to be an extremely huge market. sith_wampa 6 Posted January 15, 2007 The only reason why EA wont make ren2 is because nobody bought ren1. Everyone made pirate copies. But it wasn't just that. Stupid EA allowed a renegade server on gamespy, and you dont need a cd key for gamespy online either. They lost a ****load of money, but it was their own dammed faults, and I think that they owe it to the fans to make ren2. Its not like EA is going to run out of money anytime soon. sith_wampa 6 Posted January 17, 2007 Well yes, technically they are just mods, but they play like they were a whole different game. What I mean is that the fans put in the effort that, if EA wanted too, they could market this game as an expansion pack (or even after a little tweaking a sequel) and nobody would know just some fans modded a game. DaveRomino90 0 Posted February 8, 2007 The Idea for Renegade 2 was a HIT!! I don't why EA is ignoring this. They will make so money off that idea. It connects RA and Tiberian Worlds. I will post this on the EA boards to. I would love to see this game made. I also want to see Red Alert 3 like everyone else And shooters from Tiberian Sun and Tiberan Wars could have one CRAZY shooter since you would be with a squads and really see those epic battles.
