Gben 20 Posted August 21, 2007 Well I agrees there's no chance for naval warfare, or even a distinct 4th side, and we're more than likely only going to see extra units and powers. But navy *could* be brought back into the universe if they created the right fiction to support. ie. just like we have ice-breakers the GDI could create ships equiped with a funky sonic emitter that creates pockets of sea that are passable terrain. Of course the alien faction/s could reasonably bring in new technology that allows them to interract with a sea tiberium. I'm just assuming your aversion is fiction related not mechanics related, hence the post with possible solutions. Personally, I can't see why you can't have navy if you already have land and air mechanics... and I miss them to tell the truth. -gben Share this post Link to post
