The catch is - we don't.

I meant on YouTube.

I don't have anymore answers or (more accurately) guesses. My knowledge of how show licensing and distribution works is rather limited.

I didn't know Pakistan countered YouTube with YouPak which can view any video without region restrictions and ads, and even better it can download any video or audio without using software or going to another site to do that sort of thing. Somehow the site can mirror any old and new videos uploaded to YouTube and the same goes to logging into your Google account to comment on videos.

As to all the users here, Saturday Night Live has risen in ratings and viewers ever since Trump won the election. I mean without Alec Baldwin posing as Trump and Mellisa McCarty as Sean Spicer, things in SNL would retain its average low ratings. However Alec Baldwin isn't gonna last in SNL forever since he has mentioned he'll be done and gone in a matter of time.

As of course, if you cannot view it in your country, use Youpak instead. ;)

Some people are comparing the clown to Ronald McDonald in Stephen King's latest novel turned into a horror thriller:

The last family horror movies I saw were Super 8 and War of the Worlds.

I like the look of the new Pennywise. The original, played by Tim Curry, back 1990 is still creepy though....

Those movies aren't horror movies. Their Sci-Fi. Plus I'm sure there is no such movie that can than be considered a "family horror".

3D CGI would have been super awesome in the 1980s especially the 1990s but 3D CGI technology back then was limited.

Duke Nukem, Half-Life and Max Payne deserves something like this.

Anyways.... this new movie trailer might have been inspired by the Operation Weather Disaster game and Red Alert 2's Weather Control Device meet 2012 and The Day After Tomorrow movies.
