So based on current productivity, the bulk of the Kanes Wrath team will now be working on a 3rd project due out possibly in a year.

I don't think they will make annother expansion for C&C3.

They usually does only 1 expansion to each game.

But ofcourse it would be nice, C&C is a genre for itself so it deserves it.

Of course this was a joke thread, but I think if KW's does okay - another expansion is reasonable. It would really be milking the franchise to use the same engine in that way. Whereas a full-blown sequel would require substantial improvements.

 

And the real question is going to be which franchise will take us to the scrin homeworld?

If the doors open in TIBERIUM, will it swing both ways in that game - or will that be the next RTS?

 

If the fiction stays on earth - then I guess for an expansion.

If the fiction spreads the battle somehow to scrin homeworld - then I go for full blown sequel.

 

Of course there always is that annoying possibility of the MMOG in one form or another...
