Fight of the Century: MUGEN

Perhaps some of you have heard of this great fighting game engine. Maybe some of you haven't(as if there was a hidden third result). For those who don't, MUGEN is a 2D fighting game engine that allows you to download characters from different games and play them, essentially. It's amazingly customizable. There are thousands of downloadable characters, stages, and screenpacks(changes the look), and it's easy to add them in yourself. There are characters for almost every 2D fighting game that has been released. In addition, after a bit of studying, you can make your own characters, stages, and screenpacks.

 

So, anyone here familiar with MUGEN?

I am a major MUGEN fan, I actually have a full game in the works before my comp broke. If you need a hand, I'll dispence my MUGEN know-how. I also go to a major Mugen forum "Mugen Infantry" as Zengar Zombolt.

I'll keep you in mind Zengar. In fact, I myself am making a custom Six-button Liu Kang using his Mortal Kombat Trilogy sprites.

found some downloads of it years ago then i lost them because of a harddrive crash and format , i didnt got at that time a stick to transfer them ; but i played them

If I had a Mugen Character, he would fight with a arabic sword, tosses thrax bombs, use a AK 47 for ranged attacks, use heckling dancing for taunts, a concealer cape for blocking, and lay pyro mines.

 

The Ultra Attack would be called SNEAK ATTACK:

Masked Shah points and issues a command as the ground opens up and a technical with rebels would pop out shooting rockets, AK47s, and some lobbing shoes, cats, and livestock.

 

Victory animations:

-Masked Shah sits on a throne as rebels fan him off and offer him a drink (All of them, rolling their eyes)

-Masked Shah dances as rebels bounce around in a crappy techinical with hydrolics and gold rims, the speakers have reggaton pumping.

-Masked Shah slaps around a minion until the rebel acidently drops a grenade and blows everyone up.

 

Opening Animation:

-Masked Shah pops out of a dumpster, and says "I couldn't find anything good anyways"

-The Shah pulls out his sword as the other rebels cower behind him, before running away, before he mumbles "F*ck yo couch"

-Jadin, Jarmin Kel and Masked Shah walk into screen, The Shah dismisses the two, Jadin frolicks happily away, and Jarmin Kel storms out crossed arms and rolling his eyes.
