Online Mod gaming

Every time I join one of the mod lobbys on cnc3 online there aren't any games. I want to play my mods with other ppl online but I'm not sure how. I'm interested in all CNC3 mods but which ones are played the most? And how do I find ppl willing to play?

Installing a mod effectively means your running a different version of the game. In order for you to see other players they need to have the same mod installed.
