i been using tibed to change the build limit but im tired of doing it every time i start the game is there a way to keep the changes? in tibed there is a choice to add changes to a cd but i dont want to break anything

i knew of a mod in the past but cant remember it if i remember correct what it does is allow the player to build "special" buildings and units multiple times like normal stuff like have 5 cloning buildings at once or an army of tanyas does anyone know of such a mod? if so please tell me.. just spent an hour searching google
