BuildSpeed=.7 is the default value, making this .6 or .5 will quicken the game up and vice versa.

I think it was originally designed so sites could support each other by sharing news, files, interviews etc with their aiffiliates, but the sites in the community tend to be greedy with their resources so it's pretty pointless.

I'd go for books. Why? Because they challenge you, you have to think for the majority of the time. When you watch TV you're just gazing blankly at a screen, when you're reading you're putting your mind to work, imagining scenarios and thinking about what's happening in this made up universe.
