So you pretty much agreed with me with your second statement. Therefore, I win. (yes, I'm doing the same thing ) Some people are like that; I am in a way, but for me the reason I'll buy it is because I think it will be a good game; I have other things to spend money on as a college student than a game I don't think I'll like. Ya know what, how about this. Describe to me exactly what would make you 100% happy for EA to do. Only rule: it must me realistic. Now, let's see it.

Excuses? They're just being honest and realistic, and if you think about it, what Sean said made perfect sense. Also, if you actually read the full interview, you'd figure out that EA didn't bring that out, it was the magazine. Come on, at least think about what you're posting.

We aren't quite there yet, but eh, why not? Everyone post suggestions, and then I'll add a poll. I'll probably just add any artist that gets 2-3+ recommendations, but we'll see how it goes. Also, when you post an artist, list your favorite album from the 2000's and maybe a youtube or playlist.com link to your favorite song by them so we can all enjoy -------------------------------------- First, a band whose album I just bought this month; until I looked them up on Wikipedia/other sites because of my friend, I thought they were just another boring rock band, but Haley is an excellent singer, and the band as a whole is just really cool in how they do things. They don't try to be someone or something else, they're just themselves. Aside from that (and most importantly), their music is actually quite good, not just the singles most people have heard. But if you do not speak on that which you do not know, how are you ever to learn that which you do not know? Unless you don't wish to know it in the first place?

Add in good storyline/gameplay/online and you're heading in the right direction

Like I've been saying, it may not be exactly like you want it (in fact, I can guarantee that), but it WILL be a good game; that I'm sure of.

I completely agree with you here. The CGI's honestly are the thing that makes me enjoy campaigns (since they contribute so much to the storyline), and thought I haven't gotten RA3 yet, I'm disappointed to here there aren't many there. They really need to get this right with C&C 4

If you combine old things to do something someone hasn't done before, then it's new because it hasn't been done before. I mean, that would what the word means... As to the gambling, whether or not the game is classic C&C or a new experience, most fans will buy it just because it IS C&C, and you know it. If you're EA, you'd be gambling with probably no more than 5-8% of the buyers, and even most of those will eventually get it. After all, if they care enough to get pissed off about that, then they'll probably want to have all the games as well. They might not even play it, but they'll buy it if only for the sake of having it to complete the set. Yea, wouldn't want to have those new people playing a C&C game. I can see where you two are coming from, but I disagree with both of you here, and that's not going to change unless you change your minds (which I doubt).

That didn't take much to get everyone riled up. Now, on to business... So you WANT C&C 4 to be a worse game (disconnections etc like you mentioned) just so it can be like the others? Wow. Heh, I don't. I just regard it as a good game. Sorry for not being clear on the old part; I meant that the basic C&C mechanics are old age-wise. They've been around for a loong time. As to your "C&C4 is not new", I would love to see one example of another game that combines the crawler mechanics with the MMO-esque persistance between Single and Multiplayer. It is your opinion that it is a poor choice for them. It is obviously their opinion (and I tend toward their side on this one) that it is not, in fact, a bad decision. Make sense?

Eww at vB...I'd say ours are 10x's better than those. However, I completely agree with the IPB ones...the default IPB are actually pretty awesome
