The general griping seems to be that it's probably some overlord on the Activision side (since you know, they're the new EA/Satan), not the Blizzard side. Hmm, yeah those temps all sound just fine. It could possibly be a Directx thing, or maybe another required module for the game like .net framework or visual studio redistributable (dunno if it needs either of those). The games are already patched so... hmmm....

Hmm, you say the temps seem fine, but what exactly are the GPU temps at? A lot of those symptoms could be indicative of overheating. And for that matter what are the temps of the rest of your system such as CPU? (Since you had to physically install the new card of course, I assume you did clean out any and all dust and stuff in the case.) What's your power supply? You're awfully quick to suggest formatting..

That sort of IS what they're doing. They want to be able to use synthetic organisms to experiment with, say, bacteria that can manufacture specific molecules, such as the molecules for a vaccine. Or you know how people are trying to make biofuels with algae? Make a synthetic algae that won't die when it is in an environment of fuel.
