Is force firing considered cheating?

How do you know that? And I’m pretty sure if there was a difference, it would be nuke cannon that had the longest range. Thats my opinion -

Yeh, USA is a pretty good side but they’re ground forces lack so much. Unless your normal USA or Laser General, you can’t have tanks. And laser general sucks, the tanks just turn off when u run out of power. Yeh, thats pretty useless. Drop an EMP bomb on their powerplants and it does 3 times the EMP, forcing their Laser Turrets to turn off as well. When you’re any of China vs. Tank General, buy 3-4 nuke cannons and load them with neutron shells and force fire in the entrance. Successfully creating tank opportunities for ur red guard to steal. Quite useful. Just remember to stop the firing for ur troops to steal the tanks. -
Yeh, its crap wasting Superweapons.

Who’s jack lol? What better than having 5 particle cannons and at least 4 alphas. Geez. That’ll beat something, and the EMPs will stop all vehicles. -
stealth nuke bomber for Zero Hour
Mother Of All Bombs replied to joker_ibay's topic in Generals / Zero Hour
Sure, rangers will also stop a toxin tractor. It is just not practical. AA defenses have a shorter stealth detection range than firing range. To be honest, 100 rangers would only just stop a toxin tractor. There's a point dont worry. The more base defensees, the bigger chance of shootin one down. -

Nah, they didnt ever. Maybe u hadn't switched between normaltactical nukes and neutron shells. But I'm pretty sure there wasnt a patch. -

Yeh, so would I. And I think SW wouldn't get too owned. Its EMP Patriot Systems are my personal favourites. -

If you are china esp. infantry general, build some helixes and build a bunker and load it with rocket lancher guys. Just beware of avengers and chain guns. Besides that, you should own with 5 or so full helixes. Also, one comanche is no match for one gattling tank or one assault troop transport with rocket or gattling infantry with infantry general. -
What kind of map are you looking for?
Mother Of All Bombs replied to gjv's topic in Generals / Zero Hour
Lots of money, a big city in the middle, and maybe lots of mountains, and i like the maps that u can build ultra protection on. Like whiteout. Had about 3 EMP patriots and 3 firebases along the sides defending my base. It was ipressively strong. nothing got through. -

Ok back to the topic on hand…Force-firing at a choke point is a handy skill, especially against any infantry (If you have Nuke Cannon or Scud Launcher with Toxins). Problem is, there is always more than one point to enter a base by ground, so you'll have to do something about that, say a few demo charges or so. The other tactical advantage of force-firing is forward-firing.Seeing as some weapons can't lock on to a target, or some take a while to reach where they aimed it is problem and the target can breach your perimeter even after firing plenty of shots. If you fire in the path of your taget, you may hit it with success instead of landing metres behind. This is handy for the USA side considering it has no bullet-based base defenses.. For the infantry that cant be locked on by a Patriot Defense, aim ahead and you wont have the trouble of dealing them close up. This also goes for Missile Defenders and Stinger sites. -

Adding to Badger's idea, drop an anthrax bomb on the airfield and ur opponent has a problem. Overlords are too slow, I like the fact u can own someone in twenty seconds instead of twenty minutes. And ur overlords on the ground arent much for a few fuel air bombs -
stealth nuke bomber for Zero Hour
Mother Of All Bombs replied to joker_ibay's topic in Generals / Zero Hour
I don't know but that would be pretty cheapskate. Its just too good.No one could stop it. -
In other words, dont post three times in a row. And I dont think they work. When u get ZH, play Death Valley (8 Players). Its got plenty of resources and at least 24 Oil Derricks on the whole map.

Seems so

Favorite General and why?
Mother Of All Bombs replied to Masked Shah's topic in Generals / Zero Hour
Super Weapons General When you have one base, and an enemy base, you're up for a fair fight… sure that sounds good for me. Good game mate. 12 Minutes later… A: Oh, what happened here? MOAB: My finger slipped. A: Whats that got to do with anything MOAB: Well, I kindof accidentally sent 8 Aurora Alpha Bombers to destroy their base defences A: Surely, thats not all. There is superheated ground everywhere. MOAB: Oh yeh, my finger slipped again. A: And…? MOAB: I kindof let 8 Particle Uplink Cannons destroy their base in no more than 12 minutes. A: I see… -
What ever happened to taking out their power? its quite easy, especially if you have carpet bomb/artillery attacks. Just devour their power plants with some heavy ordnance. If you dont have upgrades like that, Rocket infantry and a few rifle bearers (Rebel, Red Guard, Ranger…) is one way (rifles for killing rangers inside). Another way is just getting a side with ground to ground artillery like Nuke Cannons, SCUD launchers or Tomahawk Launchers. The Patriots are out of range and this is good against Fire Bases too.

What about those stealth fighters
Mother Of All Bombs replied to Cyborg_Commando's topic in Generals / Zero Hour
Think again. Stealth Fighters are either $1200 or $1400 and Auroras cost $2500. Auroras are more susceptable to getting shot down. All base defense systems have stealth detection devices so if u have stealth bombers going for a BD and there are two other BD nearby, chances are it might get shot down. Whereas… Auroras deliver bigger blasts and blast radiuses and cannot be shot down through the first round of anti air fire. You should look at the othe topic on Auroras. Also Auroras are awesome in Choke Points. There the blast radius can single-handedly wipe out a few tanks and infantry, but if there is only one vehicle or light vehicles, you may need to aim ahead of those vehicles. By the way, not that its completely necessary, Stealth Bombers cost $1600 and Laser Guided Missiles cost a bit as well. -
Alpha's - can they be taken down?
Mother Of All Bombs replied to Guinness's topic in Generals / Zero Hour
Why would you have 20 auroras going for one target? Thats overkill. Anyway, its time to end this Aurora conversation (if it hadn't already) From experience, and the game manuel, I know that: •Auroras in groups of 2 or more can be shot down going at super-sonic speed •Auroras can be grounded by Super Weapons like the Particle Cannon. If you're good enough to forsight your opponents use of Auroras, their target and their flight path, and you can fire a Nuke in that time, then your an absolute nerd who is willing to waste a nuke. (Sorry, that was a bit much) •Single Auroras can only be shot down ON THEIR WAYBACK. A good thing to do is obviously build some base defenses a little further out of your base outskirts, so the auroras can only be used once. CASE CLOSED.
