  1. I forgot how to speed up the growth of the ore in RA2. Its growth and spread are too damn slow which makes the miners go offline or else run over to the enemy's base everytime. I did this long time ago but i can't remember how i did it. Can anyone help me?
  2. Hey guys, im back. Its been awhile since i visited here, hope some of you guys remember me. Well, now onto the topic. Well, i understand that EA Games gives full downloads to some of their old games like Red Alert 1 and Tiberian Sun. But what about Red Alert 2? Does EA Games allow download of the full game? I came to ask this question today because one of my members on my site wants to play my RA2 Mod but he doesnt have the Game and wants me to provide a download to it. So thats why i asked.

    Thanks again for the Cameo. Sorry to bother you but will it be okay if i request cameos from you in the future when i need some? Edit: Uh.. something went wrong. Now that i added the my Serenity Tank to the ArtMD.ini the tank wont appear in game, cameo appears though but not the tank itself. Its invisible. Whats causing this?

  10. This idea suddenly came to my mind, as i've seen this before in Tiberium Sun: Firestorm a long time ago. Well so my question is that is it possible to "Plant Ore"? As in like making Ore appear from something such as a Building/Vehicle/Weapon/etc... and allows it to grow too like the normal Ore thingy.

    Problem solved, the problem was that i made a silly typo. If you dont mind i have another request. I need a Grizzly Tank Cameo but the name on it "Serenity Tank".

    Im still unable to see my Reservoir Generator Cameo in-game. Something must still be wrong but i can't seem to figure out whats wrong. Any help?

    Something went wrong, I put it into ecachemd.mix and it wont appear. In my building (rulesmd.ini) i already put this: Image=GAOILDT And in the artmd.ini i put this: Image=NAPSYB Cameo=RGSNICON Something wrong?

    I guess okay if i post here as well as i need something related to this thread. I need a Psychic Beacon cameo but the text on it is "Reservoir Generator" instead of Psychic Beacon.
  16. I've just got an original copy of Yuri's Revenge with v1.001 from my friend today! I am so happy as i've haven't played it since 5 years. Now i would like to ask, is it possible to fasten the speed of campaign? I've noticed that it runs on not even speed 5. Its so slow i can hardly navigate. Also could anyone tell me where can i get the original INI files for Yuri's Revenge v1.001? I've seem to lost my TibEd setup when reinstalling windows. Sincerly, Yandols.

    Awh man, that stinks, its hard to play the campaign at such a slow speed. I've redownloaded TibEd and begin modding my YR to the way i like it. Also for some reason the XCC Mixer doesn't seem to work properly, so i won't be using it for awhile i guess.
  18. Is it just me or does RA2 graphics always look better in-game and not in images. I've been getting that feeling ever since i re-started on my mod.

  20. Do you mean the TIBTRE01 TIBTRE02 and TIBTRE03 ? Do i set it to a lower value or a higher value? .... Since its an animation, i guess higher framerates increases it. So im gonna try that first. Edit: I found out that setting the AnimationRate=1 makes the animation of the ore drill thingy faster but what does AnimationProbability do? i have mine set to .3 for now.
  21. I've added new shp files to my RA2 which i downloaded from The Editing Source. My question is, how do i get the game to load my MIX file? I have my MIX file named "YandoMod.mix", it doesnt work. Neither does throwing the shp files into the game directory. Currently its working since i dumped everything into "cameo.mix" which i know could cause some problems.
  22. For enabling the psychic beacon, set the TechLevel to TechLevel=4 or something. Then for the mind control, set the Primary to Primary=MindControl or MindControlE. Thats all i know im afraid.
