Could not connect to generals online

Hello Helpers

 

 

I have a serios problem whit generals online for the last two weeks

After cheaking for updates a message comes (Could not connect to generals online)

Before the two weeks the game worked fine.

I did not cheange anything in my settings of generals.

And also did't do anything in windows.

 

I have no router or firewall ,The firewall of XP is tured off.

I have already reinstalled windows XP

And reinstalled generals.

I do not know what is wong.

 

PLZ HELP ME
