Tiberium Crystal War Mod Interview

CNCNZ.com talks to Zunnie, the developer of the C&C Renegade mod called Tiberium Crystal War.

What ideas were you conflicted about?

The former leadership was kind of rude against members, for one thing. And for example, he did not want Orcas to be bought from the Airfield but from the War Factory. We want to build Tiberium Crystal War with Airfields where you can order an Orca or a Firehawk.

 

Are we going to see any walkers, like Juggernauts or Avatars?

We plan to include them in the game, yes.

This map will be somewhat bigger than i am used to make. The bases

are split in two and reside on seperate tropical islands connected

by bridges. There will be teleporter objects in the bases to quickly

teleport to the other end of the map.

For now it will be WF's, which i may replace at a later time with the Airfields.

Zunnie that looks awesome. I think it could use two more bridges. Either connecting the GDI islands to each other (and same for Nod), or connecting one GDI island with one Nod island, with an identical bridge on the other side. Just another option instead of spamming up the middle.

Nah i'm gonna leave it as it is now, no more bridges, its fine :)

 

I renamed the map to Mediterranean:

 

It is pretty much final, only thing i may change is the water:
