OK so I bought Zero Hour and installed the game fine, then as I was playing (for about 5 minutes) and it just stopped responding and nothing worked, the gameplay screen was still there but nothing moved, I tried ctrl, alt and del but it didn't do anything and I had to reset my computer, I've tried re-installing but it still does it in skirmish, challenge and missions. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

My specs are:

AMD Athlon 2500

NVidia Geforce 4 128mb

512mb RAM

80Gig Hard Disk

P.S my friend also has Zero Hour and it plays fin on his and his specs are:

Pentium 4 2000

NVidia Geforce 4 64mb

256mb RAM

40Gig Hard Disk

HELP ME I LOVE THIS GAME!

:bang:  :drunk:

Make sure you have updated all the drivers for your hardware.

Do you have a VIA chipset on your motherboard, if so grab the latest Hyperion 4n1 drivers from the VIA, search Google for this.

Also try shutting down any backdround apps that you have running before starting the game.

...also, if you have a rechargable wireless mouse, your computer might appear to lock up when your mouse needs more cheese... if you put it on its recharger base your system might perk back up in a few seconds. But of course, you'll be in the middle of a mission when this happens, and your gloriously prepared killer 20-Tomahawk base-killing force gets wiped out by a bunch of GLA suicide bombers while you can't control it...

I have a KVM also, so I seem to be able to plug in a corded mouse in this situtation (with Win2000) and not gork my system, which also will unlock my system in this situation while the wireless mouse recharges.
