Is there any way to play custom Tiberium Wars maps from .txt files?

I there any way to play custom Tiberium Wars maps I made from only .txt map files ?

After creating a map in worldbuilder you can dump map to file. This creates a text file with all objects and terrain positions. Unfortunately these text files are all I have left from some maps I created.

Thanks for the reply. Please post here if you ever here of such a tool or where I could get custom maps.
