creating superwepons/generals powers ect

hey i recently worked out how to use the command sets and comand buttons sections of tibed 2 and felt rather stupid for not getting it before...anyhow

this got me thinking on a few things and i want to make a new superwepon...but i'm stuck

 

i have the generals power button done, and i have the button in the comand center (havnt tryed making the shortcut yet) but what is and how do you u direct the "Enum" entry of the special powers section what is it refering to, and where is it

looking at the china carpet bomb entry for example it has

Enum : SPECIAL_CARPET_BOMB

but i cant find this elusive SPECIAL_CARPET_BOMB anywhere

any help you can give would be greatly apreciated

 

...or i may not have any of it working...i think i may have broken it, but i still need to find out what the Enum entry means...thanks in advance
